How do I sync my data across devices?

Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices and have iCloud enabled for Corefolio in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud.

My data isn't syncing. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Make sure iCloud is enabled for Corefolio, 3) Force quit and reopen the app, 4) Check that iCloud storage isn't full, 5) Wait a few minutes - iCloud sync can sometimes be delayed.

How do I get stock/crypto prices?

For stock prices, you need to enter your free Alpha Vantage API key in the app settings. Get one at alphavantage.co. Cryptocurrency prices from CoinGecko work without an API key.

Why are my stock prices not updating?

The free Alpha Vantage API has rate limits (25 requests per day). If you've exceeded the limit, wait until the next day. Prices may also be delayed by 15+ minutes. Check your API key is entered correctly in settings.

How do I backup my data?

Your data is automatically backed up to iCloud if enabled. For an additional backup, you can export your data using the Export feature in Settings.

How do I delete my data?

To delete local data, delete the app from your device. To delete iCloud data, go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Corefolio and delete the data.

Is my financial data private?

Yes. We don't collect any of your portfolio data. Everything stays on your device and in your private iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
